I am not aware of any plans to bring the Big Wheel back.

Please also remember that, despite what you might read in the papers, nothing is certain until it is officially announced by either Dreamland's owner, or the operator who will be taking a lease.

The picture in the paper is of a Top Buzz ride that just happens to have a Big Wheel in the background, it is not the old Dreamland wheel, just one thats maybe similar to that.
