I guess times must be hard for Toby and crew. The bottom has fell out of the scrap metal industry and a big lack of rides for them to break up.

Not sure what is intended with this. THr sitiation at least as I understand it is messy. TDC only own the freehold. They have issued a long lease to Sands Heritage who in turn have a third party with a charge on the lease. Dreamland by my erstimate will run out of money by about year end so then the assets of Sands will probably be liquidated

Nope. They'll pump money in until it can sustain itself. Nobody expected it to turn a profit in the first year.
There was a lot of investment the first year. The state won't let all that lottery money and stuff go to complete waste in just one year.
Don't be so short-sighted, Bob, although I suspect you can only see far enough into the future to plan on what junk food you'll be cramming down your gullet while watching barnyard porn.

Then you do not understand the UK administration system. The Administrators cannot pump money into it they can only work with the assets Dreamland has and they will run out at about year end

ah, if only that where true, plenty of lottery and state money has been wasted on projects that have closed (or never opened) far quicker.

If there is one thing UK councils love doing, its wasting vast sums of cash on vanity projects.

Plus council incompetence. THey are generally way out of their depth with this sort of projects and have not a clue and are taken for the mugs they are

Finally, something believable from you.
So, that's one out of like 75 things. There's hope for you yet.
Try not to be so negative. Everything on earth would fail if everyone carried your outlook.
Wouldn't it be more fun to be positive and happy?
