Sands Heritage (in administration) buys gap and gate site.

A rumour is circulating suggesting that more land has been acquired by the actual company that is in administration.

How much we don't know. But the price is said to be £1 million.

So looks like the hedge fund are backing the park.....but why buy more land?

Surely the administrator now is trying to do a deal with Thanet to give them even more. But for amusement park or other development?

Great news, so the land in question is "Goddens Gap"? That should allow the link between the park and the seafront to be improved and could be a fantastic acquisition for the future of Dreamland.

I was of the understanding that MTCRC owned Goddens Gap and the strip of land in Dreamlands car park? Or is it it just more mind games from a bunch losers?

I think it is highly unlikely Sands does not have £1M to spare and the company has to operate in the interest of the Creditors. Dreamland as far as we know is still operating at a loss and certainly would be over the winter. To be true Dreamland would need to borrow more money and companies house does not show that it has.
I suspect the real plan is for Arrowgrass to gain control as with the level of debt no one else would be interested

The link below shows the extent of the land covered by the original CPO
