Yeah, not exactly an eye-grabber, but I applaud you posting something positive.
Most businesses operate at a loss for the first 3-5 years. Not unexpected. The potential remains.

What is the "Undercroft"?
This situation is absurd. It's like someone not paying their mortgage on their house for a year and then borrowing more! The day of reckoning is going to come...

The Undercroft is the throughfare space in the Cinema building that connects the seafront (Hall by the Sea Road) to the Dreamalnd site.
Speaking of this area, I noticed when I visited Screamland this year, the Emporium shop there seemed to be shut down and in use for storage. Hopefully this returns in the new year.

People must understand that Bob takes a little bit of truth and puts his own spin on it. He has already changed his mind on when Dreamland will shut it doors at least three times since July. The truth is if Dreamland could not hold its own it would of had its plug pulled by now. A month ago they even bought a ride and have thrown thousands at the Scenic. They have a full trading plan in place for next year , with another three vintage rides coming along with the return of the Speedway..

Yes, ignore Blob, I mean, Bob.
He's been naysaying the whole thing from Day 1 and been proven wrong time after time.
He must have already watched all the porn on line and have nothing better to do.

Latest data filed show that in the 6 months to 26th Novermber Dreamland ran up another £1M of debt. This is just the operating debt and exludes all the other debt, It tends to indicat an annual net operating losss of close on £2M. SouthEast Retail Ltd have now filed their accounts they ghave a charge on most of the rides. IT is very difficult to see how this can ever be a viable business. Dreamlands accumulated debt i now probably close to £20M

Bob - I've merged all 3 of your threads as they all covered the debt issue.
