Indeed. But beyond anything that the Dreamland Trust can manipulate. Who knows, it might even be that Mr G sees something good coming re Dreamland, and wants to cash in.

To be fair to Mr G non of the fires in his previous amsument arcades have actually been listed as Arson as far as I am aware, however it is fair to say the Mr G's previous buisness ventures do seem to have had some bad luck with fire.
However we can only hope this run of bad luck stops with his new venture and this arcade at least offers another place for visitors to the town to visit.
In a few years thay will also have Dreamland to visit once again to ride on all of those rides from the past, and of course the senic
