The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

Doh.... this would have to clash with our "Something For the Weekend" Carlton Cinema event tomorrow!
Hope to see you all tomorrow in Westgate-on-Sea for my inaugural visit there too (and for the afternoon/evening activities down to Margate later).
I'm peaking with excitement already! (must be the thought of four days of freedom, for once, I guess with the great Easter weekend).
