Now I know I know little about planning, but reading the planning application, if they are asking to use the space for car parking, then why in section 11 does it say there will not be any car parking spaces?
Also in section 3 they admit the space is already used since March 2009 (where it says this date must be before the application) when the TDC stamp shows 19 Jan 2009.
Just what I have noticed and find strange.
Vince.

Also, they want permission for 5 years. If this is granted, how will that affect our plans for Dreamland. ie using the gap for a viewing stage and the chair lift ride?
Are we to get involved in objecting to this plan?

The same people applied for planning permission on this site last year sometime - I remember seeing it in the planning list. It was about six months ago now - maybe longer. It struck me as academic really because it has been used and marked out as a cark for some time already.
