As we all know, Mr G`s amusement arcade burnt down last year.
I do not know who the owner of this site is, but I assume that it was insured. I was therefore expecting it to be rebuilt, not least because it was a listed building.
No re-building work seems to be underway- what is happening to the site?

I think you might find that Mr G is a certain Mr Godden.
The owner of Dreamland and it is not in his best interests to rebuild it ? The plans for Dreamland include access from the Seafront , so the building burning down was a nice accident?!!
