The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

Happy Holidays to all of you. Good things in 2010.

If they can get the Scenic Railway running this year and any possible way they'll let some of us on, I'm there. I have my miles permanently banked for it. I won't expect that result until 2011, though.
You guys can fight over who gets to host me. I'm a good houseguest. I do dishes and laundry and all that.
