The Save Dreamland Campaign was launched by Joyland Books in January 2003 and is now supported by several thousand people. This is the place to discuss all aspects of saving Margate's famous amusement park and its iconic , Grade II listed Scenic Railway, Britain's oldest roller coaster.

Before this becomes a major arguement can I just remind everyone that this forum is for people to have discussions and to voice their opinions, whether that be positive or negative remarks. We are all aware that the trustees and others are working very hard for this project.

Sorry if I was a bit strong but that was my point. I hear about whats happening on a regular basis and I do know the hard work that's being put in, so the comment I responded to just infuriated me.

We can understand where your coming from Vince and I especially know what a valued supporter of the campaign you and the boys are. Its just a shame that these things take so long to come together. Please beleive me when I say there is a lot happening even though it may not seem like it to most people. Theres always Carters to look forward to Bank Holiday Weekend.
