Well, I gather you both did it, as did many others, and an excellent sum raised for a very good cause!

Well done!

Hi all, yes 102 of us bared all yesterday at Southend and raised in excess of £22,000. Has been a lot of national press coverage today. Few links below for those of you who want to see them ! As EAS has said the donation page http://www.justgiving.com/David-Collard is still active for anyone who wants to donate still. I would send some pics to Nick for the news page but im yet to find a good one to send. Serious diet is required on my part I think !

A big thank you to all that sponsored me too...I have raised a staggering £566 and the figure is still going up (£65 added in the last 24 hours).

The event was a real laugh, albeit I am a bit of an old hand at this...Green Scream was my 4th naked coaster! However it was the first one I had done for charity and I put a lot of effort into fund-raising for this one as the cause was such a worthy one.

My naked flesh appeared in Monday's Daily Express, Daily Mirror and the Eastern Daily Press, as well as on national ITN News, Anglia News, BBC Look East, and many websites around the globe. Here's an example from National ITN News...you can see me right at the beginning of the clip!

I am on the left of the shot, seated immediately behind the 2 girls and I turn to face forwards just 6 seconds into the clip.

Thankyou all on behalf of the charity!

David.

I have just uploaded my video footage from the event

http://www.youtube.com/user/davidjellis ... e=mhw4#p/a

Although the record has been defined by the capacity of the trains, I was wondering if the World Record could be broken using two coaster trains running on the circuit at once? Interesting point, as it could be a way of the another coaster getting the record, providing two trains were actually running (i.e. not standing in the station or brakes) and the number of riders exceeded 40?

Regards,

David.
