Campaign Theme

I am thoroughly bored with reading Bob's posts/posts about Bob, but Alan singing his 'Bob Song' made me wonder if we shouldn't have our own official Campaign tune. This honour should not be reserved for darts players and wrestlers.

I could root out the CD me and my mate Colin put together for the Convention - lots of Dreamland/Margate related songs on there - and start up a poll. But I'm not as sturdy as Hairy Vince and couldn't take the virtual punches. And anyway, I bet we missed some corkers.

We've got some great events coming up this year and we need a belter of a tune to herald our arrival. So suggestions please (and I will punch - in person - anyone who mentions Chas and Dave).

I vote for Big Yellow Taxi. Is it pure coicidence that the track was featured on Joni Mitchell's 2004 album, which was called...Dreamland?

My vote's for the Joni Mitchell track as it seems hugely fitting and worked well at the convention but maybe we could update it to :

"Paved Paradise and put up a farmers' market and potholing centre aimed at under 10's that failed to raise the forecast revenues so we had to build flats, honest guv"
