I agree with Jim that it is another reason to oppose the developers, as if they make such a meal over a fence then it doesn't bode well for something on a much larger scale. We are also going to be monitoring the park this year to see how hard they try to make the park a financial success so we can challenge them if it does prove unviable. I'm sure this will be taken into account.
The owners have been given another 14 days to submit a planning application.
Well they are already half way through this time, and still no application. In fact I might be right in thinking that the next step starts just as the public consultation finishes, so we should have plenty to keep us going. Incidentally as it is now only a week until the consultation finishes I will put another lot of messages around some of the major internet roller coaster forums to make sure that any enthusiates who have been putting it off get their application is ASAP.
