good quality but definately not live.
the imaging of Dreamland is at least 5 years old.
in the shot you can see the apple coaster and enterprise in the position of the last looping star so it's 2001 or before.

Going by the rides in that photo I would say it was around 1996, possibly 1997.

If i remember right, the Big wheel was dismantled in the winter of 1998 and replaced by the bungee and the grand prix
