Dreamland 2008?

Those of you in the "know", are there any rumbles on the grapvine as to whether there will be any fairground rides on the Dreamland site this year?

i cant see dreamland opening again this year

after all the promises last year about the scenic railway would be opening etc from toby (waterbridge)

there has been no maintenance done on the scenic railway for over a year and i dont think waterbridge have any intention of doing any either,so its fairly obvious that the scenic will need plenty of work to bring it up to scratch,but again cant see waterbridge spending a penny doing anything to it

with regards to the park itself waterbridge i think in my personal opnion will just let the whole site rot until all the legal wranglings about the parks future is sorted out,whenever that will be

is there any news of when the heritage park would be ready to open? could it be this year or next,i suppose that again will be put on hold until the council etc decide whats going to happening,i wish all parties involved would not drag their feet with this,this seems to be going on far too long and the parks future should have been sorted out a long time ago

margates reputation isnt going to improve while this long winded saga rumbles slowly on

Dreamland will be on hold till Waterbridge get their way with the site, thats number one for Waterbridge.

So its not looking good for Margate, not for a long time !
